With our many years of experience in the production of sauces and condiments, we are able to assist no matter your produce. Starting from the raw ingredients and moving through blending, mixing, cooking/heat treatment, filling/packaging and CIP.

We assist our clients with the specifications and supply for those essential service items needed for a complete plant.

“We have been dealing with Thermaflo for many years as they have been part of several small plant upgrades to meet our growing demand for our world class product range.

Recently, to meet continued strong growth in demand, we needed to carry out a major plant upgrade and so contacted several potential suppliers.

At the end of a vigorous tender process, we chose Thermaflo as they demonstrated that they could not only meet our quality and technical requirements but they were competitively priced as well.

The upgrade was broken down into several stages and Thermaflo worked hard alongside Groenz staff to ensure that there was very little disruption to our working factory.

…The other major aspect of Thermaflo’s supply was the excellent Design and Project Management. This was is a very complex plant making multiple products from multiple ingredients and recipes and to deliver the upgrade took a huge amount of design as well as the Project management to successfully deliver this.

We have now just about completed the first two stages over the last 12 months and Thermaflo continue to not only supply top quality plant and service, but they also have great ongoing support when we need it.
